We express our serious concern over the death of 22-year-old Mr. Shreekrishna BK, a resident of Sunkoshi Rural Municipality–3, Sindhuli, who died while in police custody. The incident, involving a Dalit youth reportedly detained following an inter-caste marriage, raises grave human rights concerns and demands urgent attention.
